    Shipping

    All Freeform durable goods ship internationally from Sugar Land, TX. We carefully pack your order to ensure it ships securely and affordably.  We offer standard and expedited shipping using USPS, UPS, and Fedex.  Have a preference - shoot us a message with your order.  

    We guarantee your order will arrive in good condition. If for some reason anything is damaged in shipping, reach out to us as soon as possible. We will make it right. 

    We typically ship orders within 1 business day of receipt of order.  Laser etching adds 1-2 days for processing. If shipping will be delayed beyond this, we will be in touch.

    INTERNATIONAL: DHL is normally our preferred international carrier but can vary based on the destination.  International recipients are responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes charged by destination countries. 

    Shipping Delivery projections shown at checkout are estimates. We make every reasonable effort to ship orders in a timely manner.

    Returns

    We stand behind every Freeform product we sell.  Each handmade item is carefully inspected three times before shipping.  While returns are rare they do happen.  

    Freeform products can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30-days. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer pays for return shipping.
